Trine Nordborg-Damgaard

Trine has been with RSP Systems since 2019. As the Administrative Director of RSP Systems, she is responsible for all Human Resource aspects including onboarding of new employees, training and education of the personnel and ensuring a good and healthy work environment. She oversees, coordinates, and manages administrative tasks, and with her education as a DPO (Data Protection Officer), Trine handles the Company’s overall compliance with GDPR. Her deep knowledge about and education in interpersonal behavioural analysis gives Trine a strong foundation for furthering fruitful collaboration and constructive communication in and between the teams of RSP.
