Structured Student Assistant

We are looking for a student assistant who is structured, self-driven and has what it takes to assist a strong team in developing a non-invasive glucose monitoring device. Your tasks will be administrative office tasks and you will gain insight into various procedures in an administrative department where your input will be valued and important for the entire company.

More specifically, you will:

  • Maintain administrative files and databases
  • In close collaboration with the Organizational Coordinator, plan and coordinate internal events and staff arrangements
  • Assist in process documentation within HR, administration, and finance
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks

It is not essential whether your studies are within finance, HR, engineering, business, or something else – but rather that you are dependable, service-minded and have a structured mindset. We will appreciate if you:

  • Are highly organized, structured and do not mind routine work
  • Are able to produce quality work with attention to detail
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Are a self-starter with the ability to work with different tasks depending on the necessities

You will be part of a small, young, and positive team and refer to the Company’s CFO. In our team we appreciate an informal tone and values creativeness and ideation. You will have the opportunity to influence your work tasks; if you are a business student your tasks will be more within administration and accounting, if you are an HR student, your tasks will be pushed towards working environment, coordination of events etc.
